Instructions on how to change your Yellow Online contact and company details

How to create an article
Create a new article by:
- Click Service | Knowledge Base from the main menu
- Click the Create article button on the top right of the window
- Enter the Title of the Article - What is the question the article will answer
- Enter A subtitle - Summarise the article content allowing the reader to see if the article will answer the users questions
- Create the "Answer" section of the knowledge based article based on the structure of this article.
Adding an image if required:
- Leave the Article editor and return to the main HubSpot menu
- Click Marketing | Files and Templates | Files
- Click the "Yellow Internal KB Files" folder
- Click Upload the file to this folder
- Go back and edit your article in the knowledge base article editor
- Click the image icon on the article menu, navigate to the "Yellow Internal KB Files" folder and select the uploaded file
Article Settings:
- Click the Settings Tab from the Article Menu
- Copy the Article Title into the URL
- A Category and Sub-Category must be set up in the "Settings" tab.
This provides a 2 level categorisation of the article content, allowing users to browse Categories/Sub Categories if required
The Category will be: Yellow [Restricted Access]
Choose an appropriate Sub category relating to the article content. If one is not present contact the Application Manager to add a new sub category
